Went there in the summer with my dog and had a nice meal in the beer garden. Even though my dog was lay down and is well behaved, the landlady made it clear she didn't want him there by sternly telling me to tie him up and not let him loose etc i.e. overkill. Love me love my dog .. it is a village pub after all - never mind .. I'll go elsewhere in future
