I did a little research for you, and whilst Northbourne is no longer marked on OS maps, it is shown on this old edition:
http://www.npemap.org.uk/tiles/map.html#453,189,1
Interestingly, on maps of 1900, it is shown as "Newtown" and the name "North Hagbourne" doesn't come into use until maps of around 1912. It was then marked as "Northbourne" from the 1930s.
I had a quick look around, and couldn't find anything on the existing buildings to identify them as being Dixons Row though (and it doesn't appear to be an old street name, although some have since changed)
